Will LeStrange is amazing. I was having problems with my rental apartment in Manhattan. After one tenant left the energy was really bad and we found it hard to lease. I called Will and he spent an afternoon with me clearing the energy, re-aligning the layout of the place and making recommendations for changing the colors in the entrance and the kitchen. I can’t tell you what a difference this has made. After we applied all his recommendations, we raised the rent, signed a new tenant within 10 days and everything is going smoothly, He stayed in contact with us and followed up for a month making sure everything was ok.
